Tell us about your experience with our site. In a computer running XP everything is recognised and the drive is accessible with all vsta files. Please come up with a better solution than ‘start another thread’ – all these problems – and others on different forums – are related. I have the same question 8. In addition to this, it helps the community to focus on your specific issue when dealing with a new thread as opposed to an old one.
There is clearly an issue with Vista not recognising SDHC cards in a compatible reader and the software vistq either won’t decompress from the zip file or say ‘this update does not apply to this system’.

We request that you create a new thread for this issue including the information from the questions and the clean boot in the initial post. How satisfied are you with this response? How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7.

You can help protect yourself from scammers by verifying that the contact is a Microsoft Agent or Microsoft Employee and that the phone number is an official Microsoft global customer service iunb.
