Methods attempted but still unable to get wireless to work: You can give up on this card. This driver used to work on my a few years ago: Not possible, Intel cards do not and probably will never work under OS X.
Register a new account. Nice and check that your laptop has place for a full space wifi card. Maybe you have to whitelist your bios. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites.

If not then I need to buy half size right? There is an old driver for Intel cards, but the project is no longer maintained.
Just change it to supported out of 3945wbg Broadcom or get some USB dongle if you afraid of opening your Dell. Will the dark green ones work straight out of the box without any kexts.

Maybe you’ll need to whitelist your BIOS. All working except for wireless. Use search and you will find several threads discussing this issue and suggesting alternatives.

I have a Samsung with an unsupported card as well and from the bit of research I did, the Dell DW seems to be a good choice for half-height mini-pcie. What does whitelist mean?
